What are the boxes made of?

PLA plastic, printed in layers on our own printers. It's light, sturdy, and holds up to regular use at the game table. Keep it out of hot cars and direct summer sun, since PLA softens with high heat.

Will my deck fit?

Our deck boxes fit single-sleeved and double-sleeved cards and hold 100 or more cards. Each listing says what that box holds, so check the description and dimensions. If you use thick sleeves or have a big deck, message us before you order and we'll confirm the fit.

Do you do custom work?

Custom work is only available on our cosplay helmets, not on deck boxes. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll tell you what's possible and the price. Custom helmets usually take 1 to 2 weeks to make, depending on the design.

How long does an order take?

See the Shipping page. Short answer: made to order, ships in 3 to 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now. This store ships within the United States only.

Is this an official product of any game or brand?

No. We're an independent shop. We design our boxes ourselves, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or brand.

Can I buy in person?

Some of our products are stocked at Express Collectibles in Highland, Illinois. Online orders come straight from us.

My box has a flaw. What now?

If it was damaged in shipping, contact us and we'll replace it and handle the USPS claim. If we sent the wrong item, we'll replace that too. Small flaws and slight color differences are normal with 3D printing and don't affect the item, so those aren't covered. If a piece is actually defective, like cracked or warped, we'll replace it. See the Returns page.

Why does my item look a little different from the photo?

Everything is 3D printed, so color shades can vary slightly from print to print, and there are almost always small surface flaws. None of it changes how the item works or how well it's made.

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
